I had a baby girl October 29th. Took a test because I'm 6 weeks postpartumand and no peroid. The picture below is my test.. Not sure how long it takes for hcg to go down to 0 after having a baby.

What do all the other tests look like? Lol. Take another in a few days. 
You can always request betas be drawn by your OB. If they go up, new pregnancy. If they go down, residual HCG.

Wait and test again in a couple days to see if it gets darker. I still had hcg until like 7 weeks postpartum.

Did you end up being pregnant after all of was it left over HCG from your previous pregnancy? I'm in the same boat and would like to know what was your outcome

After my daughter I didn’t have my period for 7 months

It takes 1-9 weeks!! Test in a few weeks hun :)
