Need advice or some wisdom

So with my first pregnancy my husband was military so when we had our daughter everything was paid for we didn’t pay anything or had any idea on how much labor and delivery was let alone a doctor fee as well.

So I’m pregnant again with our second daughter and my husband is out now and we had no idea there was a doctors fee a labor and delivery fee that had to be paid by 26 weeks. I’m 20 weeks now and we’re struggling to pay for it with the holidays and my daughters birthday which is literally a week after Christmas. We’re just in a boat I’ve already had to cancel one appointment because we just didn’t have the funds and now I might have to cancel my appointment again tomorrow if they want more than our 297 bill which I’m not sure if I have to also pay for the anatomy scan or not. I’m just asking for some advice really or some wisdom to get us through this. It makes me feel horrible but honestly if we knew we had to pay it before birth we would’ve waited until we were a little more prepared I just feel like 26 weeks is to soon to pay a bill like that.
