Real labor or no?
I'm 39 weeks today and have been feeling like crap for the past week. I was 2cm dilated at 60 effaced at my last appointment this past Friday. My midwife said I was on the right track. I've been walking a lot and have been having more loose bowel movements (sorry tmi) This morning I've been having these pretty intense waves of lower back pain like I've never experienced. They're painful and I have to really breathe through them. Moving around doesn't help them. They've happened about ever 20 mins now and last a little over a minute. I feel pressure in my pelvis and some tightening in my stomach as well when I get them, but I'm mostly thinking about how bad the back pain is. Could these be labor contractions? They don't feel anything like the Braxton Hicks I've been feeling normally. These are pretty painful and my hips and inner legs are starting to feel sore. Could labor be starting today?
Edit: I just used the bathroom and there was a little blood in the toilet as well
