Soreness

Hey guys I’m 8 weeks and 1 day today with my 2 baby. With my first baby I had no symptoms except fatigue. Now with this baby I still have no symptoms except fatigue and really really sore boobs which I didn’t have with my first child. I also wasn’t able to produce past two weeks with my first child. Does my sore boobs mean I’ll be able to produce more with this child? I have a daughter could this possibly mean I’m going to have a boy?
