Confused

On 9 dpo I had a noticeable faint positive. The days after negative. Today I’m 13 dpo and I feel really sick and nauseous, not to mention my nipples been sore since 5 dpo. I don’t want to say I quit because I so want 1 more little muffin. It’s like “baby in me now please”. In my head I been trying even though my fiancé say we just having fun. I didn’t track my ovulation this month because I know what it feels like when I do. (Been testing with opk’s for 3-4 months now. Not to mention we had a miscarriage in June and October. I’m guessing this was a chemical maybe because my period due tomorrow and I’m not testing anymore because Negatives are so evil.

But as of right now I can’t stop pooping and feeling nauseous. Anybody having these same symptoms and what’s your out come if so?
