warts on vagina

I got tested, but it wasn’t a full panel I think it was just for chlyamdia and gonnorhea ( sorry I don’t know how to spell them and autocorrect doesn’t work ) and something else too. I tested positive for yeast and bacteria, could that have caused warts? I’ve looked it up online and it said yes, and my doctor said it was highly unlikely for me to have hpv due to having the shot ( I got the 3 round shot). I was given antibiotics and a one dose pill for the yeast infection and I no longer feel MOST of my symptoms but they are all pretty much gone. Except I still have some things that look like warts. Should I go to a gynecologist? Does insurance cover that?
