I think poo is coming out of my vagina
The other day I was in the shower cleaning my lady bits when I noticed a large poo stain on when cleaning my vagina I instantly wiped my bum to see if anything came onto the flannel but there was nothing there and then I looked down on the shower floor and there was poo all over I'm so confused can somebody help?
