Please read! I'm lost

I was having a conversation with my 13 year old daughter. I asked her what is something she feels like she still needs to learn so I can teach her. She told me to love herself.

I know this may come off like wtf to some people, but I don't know how to do that. I have a mom but the majority of the time I lived with her she was spending more time going out and drinking, so I was never really "taught" how to love myself.

I honestly thought my daughter was going to say something else but when she said that... it struck my heart because it has taken me years and years to even like/ love and accept myself but I don't know how to do that for her.

Give me some advice please.

How do you teach someone to love themselves?
