Spotting for 3 weeks on pill, is it ever going to stop? 😣

I started taking a loestrin generic pill about 6 weeks ago. I’m taking them continuously to skip periods (1wk break every 3 months) so I’ve been on pills the whole 6 weeks. I did miss 1 pill the day before I started spotting, which was around the same time my period would’ve been due. I haven’t missed a pill since but I’ve still been spotting nonstop for the last 3 weeks. I know my body needs time to adjust to the pills but am I ever going to stop spotting? I haven’t had sex in over a month because of the spotting and it’s really starting to aggravate me! 😩
