Natural BC
I started birth control in January. Switched from the pill to the patch. I’ve been off BC for about a month and a half now. My sex drive is low but I’m not sure if BC is causing that. I am married but we are not looking to expand our family and I’m not really interested in being on any hormonal BC. *i do not want the copper IUD, it’s too invasive* Is there any recommended natural options anyone uses?
