Period and breastfeeding

Anyone had a consistent period postpartum and now after a year still breastfeeding ur missing a period?

It’s so weird I haven’t had a period since October went to the dr had an ultrasound everything is normal but I’ve had a period every 28 days for 6 days since 6 weeks postpartum so idk what’s going on

We’re trying for baby number 2 and now I don’t have a period So I’m just wondering if it’s hormones or prolly stress with covid and bills or something else who knows
