It may be a food intolerance. I used to have the same problem whenever I drank or at dairy (I later found out I had the same problem with gluten). I would recommend seeing your doctor and getting a food intolerance test done. Once you know if and what foods you are intolerant to you can eliminate them from your diet👍 Most food intolerences do go away after eliminating the food for a period of time. You can then slowly reintroduce them again. Hope this helps. Good luck 🌸

Im not pregnant, I have got a water infection tho do you normally have bloating with that, I've also been having abdomal pain aswell
