TMI but desperate

Anyone who has successfully overcome this issue please help. She is 6 days old, had a bad latch for first few days which started the cracks we have since worked with consultant to correct bug damage is already pretty bad. This is what happened today😢 it's not only sooo painful but I don't want her eating mouthfuls of blood. As u can see its not just a tiny bit. I use Lanolin and hydrogel patches. I has to give in and give her a bottle awhile ago but I really don't want to keep doing that! How can I continue to Only BF AND also heal myself-  feeling super discouraged, in pain- crying and so is my baby😢😢
