Torn between the girl names of Carmella and Malia (pronounced Ma-Lee-Uh).
Any preference to either name or dislike for either name?

My grandmother was named Carmella :). She went by Millie. Malia makes me think of Obama.
Both are pretty names, but I think I like Malia better.

Malia reminds me of malaria for some reason. I prefer the other better, more feminine and classic.
