Bleeding at 5 weeks

I’m around 5 weeks 2 days pregnant and have been bleeding for 3 days, My levels are still doubling every 48 hours so the doctors aren’t sure if it’s a miscarriage or not and I’m to early for an ultrasound
Anyone have bleeding in early pregnancy and everything was ok?
