Can moving house hurt baby?

We are moving houses this weekend and although I'm not carrying super heavy items like furniture I'm still doing lots of loads of boxes and general house hold items, will it hurt baby if I do to much or am I fine if I not push myself to much? I'm 9 weeks 4 days atm

Youll be fine. I moved my parents twice while i was pregnant (once at 22 weeks and again when i was 34ish weeks). As long as you dont over do it youll be fine. Your body will tell you when enough is enough. The baby is so small and protected right now

As with anything, if ur body is telling u to stop then Take a break. But packing things and carrying small boxes isn’t going to hurt your baby.

I moved at 19 weeks and it was all good. Just rest when needed, don’t lift too heavy, and drink water. You got this

Drink lots of water and listen to your body. If it start hurting then take a break! I moved with my first with only the help of my mom and everything was fine!

I moved when I was pregnant. It sucked because I was super tired but everything was okay. Just drink plenty of fluids and take breaks.
