Serious help please??

Ok ladies I need insight or help. I went to the restroom earlier and noticed a glob of thick clear/milky stretchy stuff. I thought it might have been an egg bc it stretched but stayed into a glob. Also I have very very stretchy cm. Could I have passed an egg? Has anyone ever had something like this happen? I have an appt coming up in Dec with my dr and didn't know if I should bring this to her attention. Can someone help or might know what's going on or experienced the same kinda thing??
