weird symptoms with IUD

so I have had my IUD for 5 months now (I have Kyleena). For the most part everything was normal, the random spotting & cramping started to lighten, & I felt like my body had finally adjusted completely to it. But this past month has been weird. I got a “period” around my normal time but it was super light & maybe? lasted 3 days. I assumed that was normal since I know IUDs can make your periods light or even go away. 2 weeks passed by & I started getting bad cramps & spotting. I’ve also had some weird stomach pains but i don’t think it’s related, it’s just been happening around the same time i guess. I’ve checked my strings frequently because it’s kind of worried me & i can still feel my strings & no hard plastic. My cervix was also high so I was confused by that. Tonight my partner & I were having sex & I had some discomfort at first & when I checked my strings after they were low & so was my cervix. When I say my strings were low i mean LOW. there was no hard plastic though. I’m still spotting & have some cramping so could it be a period? I guess I’m just confused with what could be happening. It’s the weekend so I obviously can’t call my doctor until Monday but I do have unprotected sex & don’t always practice the pullout method. Any thoughts? TIA.
