I have to get a BPP ultrasound done at 22 weeks and be monitored closely. I need someone who is going through something similar to talk about pregnancy, fears, and so on. This is my first high risk pregnancy so it’s extremely hard.

I’m high risk for the second time! First time due to age, but was dismissed at 20 weeks and then developed preeclampsia at 32 weeks, delivered emergency c-section at 34 weeks. This pregnancy I’m two years older and go to the MFM every 4 weeks and my OB every 4 weeks lots of blood tests and sonograms. I’m happy because it is piece of mind that they will catch anything. I’m 18 weeks now and still doing ok! It will be ok mama!

This is my second high risk pregnancy, my second pregnancy ended in a complete placental abruption during labor and I ended up losing my daughter and my third daughter I had another plus pre eclampsia but fortunately she was delivered safely at 26 weeks. This time around I am high risk for the same things and am watched extra closely with my OB and MFM! I am 18 weeks and am counting down the days until viability and my next goal is 28 weeks!

This is my second high risk pregnancy. Both due to incompetent cervix. I see my MFM every two weeks since I had a cerclage placed at 14 weeks. They do a cervical check and measurement every time I go.

I am high risk because of genetic mutations that my other children have. So far everything is looking good but we don’t have all of the results back from the amniocentesis yet. I will also be having my fourth c section which also makes me high risk.

I have a low lying placenta and baby is measuring small. I have another ultrasound to check on him and my placenta at 23 weeks to see if I need to start seeing a high risk doctor and if I’ll need a csection. I’ve had two vaginal, healthy baby boys prior to this pregnancy. But my sister has experienced a small baby and she was completely healthy at birth even after a week long induction and then emergency csection. So I am trying not to stress but can’t help but feel nervous. 4 weeks is a very long time to wait to know how baby is doing.

Me 🙋🏼‍♀️ I went into preterm labour at 27 weeks with my first and was hospitalized for the last 2 months of my pregnancy. So being monitored closely by a high risk MFM this time too! So far so good but they are keeping a close eye! What complications are you facing this time around?? Fingers crossed everything is okay for you!
