I have had an ear infection for about two weeks now. I went to my ob and he gave me amoxicillin and I’ve taken it for a week tomorrow now. I can’t sleep due to ear pressure, I can’t eat Bc my jaw hurts from it. I have puked from pain last night. My ear is so swollen I can’t fit a qtip in it when I tried to use peroxide to clean it. Clear liquid leaked out til my ear swelled up. I can’t hear and my side of my face is swollen. I’m 35 weeks. Will it hurt my baby? I read if it gets into my bloodstream it can harm him. I’m going to call my ob tomorrow but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced it or know if I’m worrying about harming him for no reason.
