Has anyone ever been 2 months late, pregnancy symptoms, negative pregnancy test but still end up pregnant?

So I am officially 2 months and 2 weeks late with my last period being October 6th! I have symptoms such as light cramping, nauseated, dizziness, watery discharge, sore breasts, moody, complete loss of appetite and tired all the time. I had light pink spotting on December 8th and have light cramping ever since with negative pregnancy test starting back in November! I took one this morning that was negative but now its showing a faint line. I dont know if im just reading my body wrong. But has anyone ever been this late with negative test and still end up pregnant?
