Trying to conceive

Not really sure why I’m posting, as there’s nothing anyone can do, but maybe just some advice of anyone has gone through the same? I had a miscarriage at 13 weeks 2 years ago, went on the injection straight after for one year, came off and have been trying to conceive since then. So now almost a year of trying and no luck and I’m devastated. I got my periods back a few months ago and then I’m now three days late, but I tested and it was negative 💔 I’m just heartbroken. Anyone gone through anything similar? I was so excited and hopeful that 2020 was actually going to have a lovely surprise ending.
