Pregnancy anxiety
How do you deal with it, especially in the first trimester?
We've seen and heard fetal heartbeat at 6w1d but I still can't stop my mind from playing out all kinds of scenarios, and reading (and googling) a ton into every little fluctuation in symptoms and every bit of discharge.
This is my first recognised pregnancy so I'm just all sorts of nervous and unsure what to expect.
