Christmas Gift Exchange Ideas

I know this is off topic but I really need help thinking of some ideas, and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

For my work Christmas party we are doing a gift exchange game where in the end everyone ends up with a random gift. We are supposed to spend about $30-$40 on this gift. I am struggling to think of something (or a few somethings) that everyone would like, and of course everyone’s interests are just so different.
