Gestational Diabetes

Today is my 29th birthday. I am 27w 4d pregnant with my third child. I just found out that I have gestational diabetes. I'm so upset over this. People are blaming me for having it and I can't stop crying. I haven't had much sugar at all this pregnancy because it has made me uncharacteristically sick. With my previous pregnancies, I craved it. This just makes me so depressed. Now, I don't know how long I'll have to wait to see the specialist with the holidays approaching. I'm just so upset.
