Short cervix?!?

Had my 20 week scan today, turns out I do have an anterior placenta which is why I haven’t felt anything, and I also have a short cervix so I have to go back and have it rechecked, baby is measuring 13 oz!

I just had my 20 week Friday. Was told it was 1.3. they wanted to do surgery on Saturday. Right before surgery they checked again and said it was 2.8. Basically said my cervix had a curve and on Friday the curved was not part of the measurement. They cancelled the surgery but I'm now worried they are misreading something. My baby is also 13 oz

I was told by my doctor that I have a short cervix. She didn’t go into more details so I dunno if that means it’s no big deal but I go in in for my 20week anatomy scan soon and hope for everything to be alright.

I haven’t had my twenty week scan yet. But I’m worried about this! I had a pelvic exam at 8 weeks and the doctor said it was shorter than average, it was around 3cms. She said average is 3.5-4. She didn’t seem concerned, but worried me!

I had four LEEP procedures over the past 18 years so they are monitoring my cervix length closely. They are measuring every two weeks (started at 16). She said if it drops under 2.5 it would be of concern.
