Possibly early labor

I am 27 weeks today and 2 weeks ago I had an altercation where I hit my stomach but I have seen a doctor and my baby is fine and everything else besides my pelvic area. There is still bad pain that’s been ongoing since the altercation which made me barely able to walk for 3 days. The doctor checked my pelvic by just pressing down on it and saying I pulled a ligament and it would heal in 2 weeks but it hasn’t. The week that just passed my baby barely kicked for 4 days and today I had clear watery discharge it was a lot and my pelvic pain just increased. Also, my vagina hurts and feels like I have a rash but I don’t. I didn’t have any of this with my first pregnancy so I’m not sure if I’m going into early labor or I’m just overreacting. I do have my next appointment this Wednesday.
