Need advice

Had a MC bleeding completely stopped 24 days ago started having unprotected sex as soon as I felt ready Dec 11th had one digital pregnancy test left wanted to see if it would be negative yet which it was took a test tonight cuz AF is supposed to come in a day n I have been having slight nausea in morning again and VERY tired but I am a nurse and work crazy hours took the test and it’s faint positive but definitely positive....someone plz help me feel better want to tell my husband but don’t know if this is new or old want to believe it’s new since I had a negative the 11th but like I said that was a digital so not sure....ADVICE PLZ!
