My baby isn’t sleeping

Y’all - sleep deprivation is real . My baby stopped sleeping recently ( he’s never slept thru the night ) but we would get 3 hour blocks . Today he’s struggled with naps and now he’s struggling throughout the night .

We took him to the pediatrician last Monday bc he was pulling on his ear and scratching the back of his head . She said ears looks perfect , yet the scratching is worse and the pulling on his ear . He hasn’t sleepy more than 30 min today . I finally took him on the walk in the stroller to get 45 min . My husband is at his wits ends with lack of sleep ( begging me to sleep train ). I feel so helpless .
