Growth spurts...

Does anyone know when the next growth spurts are? I SWEAR we are going through one now and that there is a 12mon growth spurt, but when are they after this one?

Also, just me or is there a sleep regression. We have ALWAYS been a horrible sleeper, but by the grace of god or pure fricken luck the last month or two she’s been only waking up once. Last few days 5X. Back to 5 fricken times SCREAMING and unable to self soothe like usual.

Falls asleep at 7.

Up at 8:30

Up at 9:30-10

Up at 12:45

Up at 2-3

Up at 4:45

Up at 6:10 for good

We are also teething AND going through leap 8.
