Pregnant symptoms PMs?

So I had sex on my fertile days using the pull out method and DONT really know how good of a job he pulled out wiped the cum off etc... so I had sex on the 10th 11th and the 15th which is the day after I ovulated according to the app. So I’m 5 days away from period And 9 days past ovulation and I’m just having lower back pain aches and a tad bit of nausea little lightheadedness maybe like 1 time when I moved my head quickly.. (May be normal idk) but I’m just thinking I could be pregnant rarely having any strong cramps or anything but maybe this could be PMs symptoms as well are they any significant symptoms that may give me the red flag of pregnancy BESIDES A PISS PERIOD!!
