Gestational Hypertension?

Hello! 
I’ve just recently been diagnosed with gestational hypertension as my blood pressure spikes really high but always comes down to around 130/74. So far there’s no protein in my urine and baby is measuring okay (just by SFH), but I’m still super nervous that things may progress to preeclampsia. 
Is anyone else going through this? Or had this in an earlier pregnancy? I’m 31 weeks and can’t shake the feeling somehow I’m gonna end up losing my sweet girl.

Don’t think so negative. Why would you loose your baby? Why don’t you see if they could do non stress test? I get those. 2xs a week currently 33 weeks pregnant. And it definitely helps me ease my mind

I have gestational hypertension. My blood pressure runs any where from 120-150/80-100. I have no protein in my urine. I get headaches, my feet and legs swell horribly to the point where I think they are going to pop, my hands swell as well. I will most likely be induced early. My daughter is healthy and moves like crazy.

I went through this with my first pregnancy and now again. It got worse in the third trimester both times. I never had any protein in my urine and it never progressed to pre-e. I am on medication to control the hypertension and was induced/will be induced at 38 weeks both times. My first son was born healthy without complications. Hoping the same for this baby and for you!! ❤️

I did with my last pregnancy. Showed up a little later (and I’m 31 weeks tmrw so late Feb). I was induced at 39 weeks with my last little guy and it was fine. I checked my blood pressure throughout the day at home and monitored my symptoms. Your drs are watching and so are you - it’ll all be ok momma :)
