Super leaky boobs

Help! My boobs have decided to not only leak today but like start producing a crap ton of colostrum at 19 weeks? Like before it would happen if I got out of a hot shower, or after sex, but it wasn’t more than a few drops. Now there’s so much it’s leaking all over my belly and through my clothes, like probably a teaspoon or two worth of it for each nipple! Am I going to have sticky boobs for the next 4 months? Also google is saying more than a few drops I should call my doctor, why would that be? I haven’t had any Braxton Hicks and am not a high risk pregnancy or anything like that. It is my first pregnancy though.
