New to this group; advice please

Hi everyone, I’m new to this group, as I just found out today my daughter has Down syndrome (great news before Christmas, I know). I won’t lie, I’m emotional and nervous about it, but have loved my daughter unconditionally since I found out I was pregnant. I’m 19 weeks along.

My main question is, how did you all tell your families? Ours know there’s a chance she may have Down syndrome, but we didn’t think we would get the news until after Christmas, as I got the Amnio December 11th. Can you please share how you told others and how they reacted? I’ve read a little through the web, but hearing from ladies who have actually delt with it would truly help.
