Spotting, itching everywhere, fatigue

Help....... I've been spotting for 3days now my period was suppose to end Sunday and I've still had spotting. This has never happened . I've also been more tired than normal, and I itch all over. I read that it could be a sign of pregnancy but I've took 2 pregnancy test one last Monday and last night??? Help please
