Right into period

Has anyone bled right into their period? I had a MC 11:/21 with heavy bleeding and clots only that day. After that it was bleeding only when i wiped and barely a drop on the pad. Sunday night, i started bleeding a bit heavier , had clots on and off until Monday and now like my regular period flow (which is Always heavy). My HCG levels were at 220 about 2.5 weeks ago. Spoke to two Drs and they both said it’s probably my period but to call next week if I’m still bleeding. Anyone else?
