No symptoms...

Have you ever had a BFP with no symptoms beforehand? I am trying my best to not “symptom spot” this month and I don’t feel any different than usual. Last month I was nauseous a lot and “felt” like I could be pregnant, then AF came. So I’m wondering if nothing this month is a good sign?
