Is this the start of contractions ?

My belly turns to hard stone every  5 minutes for like 30 seconds to 1 minute , is this normal ? I'm almost 33 weeks pregnant.

This has happened to me once at 18 weeks, Braxton Hicks. Scared the poo out of me!

It could be contractions or Braxton Hicks. If it lasts for an hour, you should go to l&d seeing as you're only 33 weeks
