How can I fix this at home??

Question

Hello everyone! So today I had my hair done, I needed a root touch up because my roots had grown out and I have naturally dark brown hair. The stylist tried toning my hair 2-3 times and it would not take the orange/brass color out of my hair. Is there any stylist here that can help me? I don’t want to spend anymore money on it and I was at the salon for 5 hours and I have work Monday.

Bleach to lighten I recommend the Wella bleach lifts amazing make sure you do it in a well ventilated area and you will be fine then the toner Wella T18 I have orange stubborn hair and this is my routine for my roots and keeping the blonde the toner does have a grey tint so I don’t recommend the whole 35 mins maybe half the time after you bleach it light enough to get a good portion of the orange gone there is plenty of YouTube videos on the T18 to show you how light you should get it good luck to you!😊

I would go back and have her redo it at some point. She didn’t leave the lightener on long enough. Toning it will do close to nothing. You’re going to have to put more lightener on it! 
Definitely not what you paid for!
