Low sex drive

I’ve been in a relationship with my partner for 5 yrs and we have a pretty good sex life in the fact it isn’t boring but the problem I find is we only have sex once a week because I have such a low sex drive and have to get myself turned on by looking at porn or reading a sexy story to then be in the mood I’m not just in the mood that often I’d love to have sex more and be in the mood for it but I’m just not. Any tips or tricks to up my sex drive ? Anyone know what can cause a low sex drive? There is some trauma based issues I’m dealing with in therapy not sure if this is affecting my sex drive?
