24 weeks pregnant with twins updated.... another update

Hi I’m 24 weeks pregnant with twins and for the past couple days I been having period like cramps. I looked it up to see what I could be it says the round ligament or Braxton Hicks, but it been a couple days that I would get them off and on through out the day or I won’t get any cramps in the day I get a cramp at night. It’s not really strong cramps but feels like period cramps. I don’t know if it’s normal for having twins or what’s going on. I’m also having nipple discharge I think it’s early for that but it maybe completely normal

Update:: so ended up going to the hospital when I got here I was already 4 cm dilated then not to long after that I was 10cm dilated so had to do a emergency c section both babies got flow out to a bigger hospital hopefully get out tomorrow to be with them.

Update 5/3/21

It has been 4 months since I posted this we lost our baby A when she was 10 days old due to extreme prematurity. Baby B is now 8 lbs (she weighed 1lbs 4oz when born) we are so so to going home it’s been 126 days and we have through a lot and a rough road but the light at the end of the tunnel is really close
