Advice! Bad back cramps!
So about a month and a half ago I got into a bad wreck, and before the wreck I used to get back cramps but they would be very light, now ever since the wreck anytime I’m on my period I get horrible back cramps that just makes me wanna cry. I try taking a hot shower to get hot water on the area, I try laying on the heating pad, I try taking Tylenol I just dont know what to do. Any advice would be very much appreciated
