Confused

Goodmorning I don't know who's woke but I need some help... I had sex September 28, I thought I was ovulating so I wait and took a pregnancy test I don't know how long I waited and wasn't sure if i was testing to early, but when I took it, it came out negative i wanted to take another one after like 4 weeks after my first negative test but then I got my period on October 24th, and haven't gotten it since, the app said I was suppose to get it on the 21st of this month, I am been having tender breasts but it's the nipple part and another part of my breast that hurts wen I put a little force on it with my hands, and my nose have been like a blood hound cause I have been smelling a lot of stuff that just blows my nose

P.s I was on birth control but wasn't on it for a month or Two and haven't been on it since and before I had sex In September, still not on it... Idk what to do please help
