Positive test

I took one test Sunday evening amdthe other one this morning . According to the app I should be 4 weeks and 4 days . I don't have a doctors appointment until Jan 26th. I have been cramping but no bleeding. I'm so nervous, I want everything to be okay . I found out I was pregnant Jan 2020 and miscarried in March. I pray this pregnancy is healthy
