Is it possible to have a positive hpt 5 dpo?

I probably shouldn’t have been taking pregnancy tests this early...we got pregnant in September and miscarried at the beginning of November. My OBGYN said not to start trying until after I had a period. I had a period in early December and according to the glow app ovulated 12/24 - is it even possible to have a positive hpt this early? This process is so emotional after going through a miscarriage. I had a positive digital test and took it apart and see a very very faint line but 4 other tests have been negative 😕. The blue lines was an early clear blue digital but it said “not pregnant” even though it looks like two lines when I took it apart. Thanks in advance for any advice or comments - this is my first post (although I spend a lot of time on here reading others’ posts and stories)
