10 weeks and bleeding

Good afternoon. I am 10 weeks today ... this morning i woke up , used the bathroom per normal and realized i was bleeding. Hard to tell how much as it been diluted obv. Haven't bled since , some brown discharge but very very little. Got into the OB and babys heart rate was 170. Two days ago i had severe round ligament pain ... not cramping. Yesterday great day ! Then this morning this....

Doctor said everything should be just fine. BUT im a nervous wreck sooo any insite ?
