Anal outbreak?

Hi guys , so I’ve had OB for about 4 years apx .. but I just got and Ob around my anus .. is this normal ? I’ve never had anal or anything just vagina sex and that’s usually where my OB occurs.. also been having outbreaks every couple weeks the last two months ...agter going months without one .. most don’t bother me but this one is super super sore along with my others .. I still get predrome symptoms usually before my vaginal outbreak .. anyone have advice or experience anything similar ?
