Have you ever experienced sleep paralysis before?

I've never told anyone but my husband before. But when my daughter was really small before 6 months old, probably like 2 months old or so. I was extremely exhausted all the time and one day I woke up but I couldn't move. I felt like darkness around me and voices. It was the weirdest thing it went on for at least a minute or two and then I could move again. I had sleep paralysis from being so exhausted my body was wearing down.

Thankfully it never happened again. But it sure did scare the shit out of me. Has anyone else experienced sleep paralysis before?
