Advice.

Hi there I was I was diagnosed with an cyst on my left ovarie 5 years ago and nothing was done it kept getting bigger and got up to 7 cm and I got a surgery done on Saturday I was released after the surgery without an aftercare or anybody telling you what I should be expecting or how I should sleep I was wondering if anybody could help me

can I sleep on my side I have stitches on my belly and also I'm not able to use pads or tampons as I'm very sensitive down there so I usually put tissue for myself please do not judge I was wondering if I can put tissue and not cause an infection cuz it's not going inside like a tampon.
