Treadmill or elliptical?

Which one should I get for weight loss.

When I used to go to the gym, I could ride the elliptical for 30 min no problem but 10 min on the treadmill hurt my shins so bad!!!

I like the elliptical because I can get my heart rate up quicker but I do find for some reason it’s harder on my knees than a treadmill! My knees and hips crack like crazy😂

Food has a great effect than exercise for weight loss, especially in women. As for the equipment, if you already go to the gym, pick the one you’re most likely to use

I would say running/walking outside but if you live somewhere like I do with cold winters. I would say treadmill as you can increase the incline so it's more like running outside.

I'd go with the elliptical. You get more body movement, plus it's low impact. I had one for a while but got rid of it when I moved in with my boyfriend (didn't have any place to put it). I wish I still had it. With the gym closed during Covid, I could sure use the excersize. Getting pudgy.

I did treadmill for a while and liked it alot but i feel like most the weight i lost was on my legs and lower tummy and NONE on my arms. I measured them. So im wanting the other one now so i can work my arms too

They both work but if you’re just beginning the elliptical is easier

The recumbent bike it best, especially if you are overweight or have back problems.
